Brief
European design residential is located in south-western part of Bangkok, the construction started in 2021 with meticulous selection of decorative materials by homeowners.
What We Did
Interior and exterior door and window hardware are designed with rounded shaped ends for smoothly touch and finished in satin brass. Their sizes and lengths are measured according to the heights of doors and windows. The materials are brass and stainless steel, giving functional utilities, strength, durability and long lifespan, as well as aesthetic appeals. The older it is, the more beautiful it becomes. The placed products are mortise entry sets, decorative cremone bolts, surface mounted bolts, entrance and privacy door locks, ring pulls etc.

SME Neighbor Market Event was organized by Smart Service & Management Co., Ltd. to support and encourage the residents with opportunities to expand their businesses through learning and practical experiences and grow together with the communities of SMART Residents.

House Renovation

Brief
Thai style residential is located in Uttaradit Province. The house was constructed with wood and concrete with perforated teak sliding doors as main entrance and folding doors as interior spaces. Homeowner inquired sliding and folding door fittings.
What We Did
We guided and provided different types of sliding and folding door fittings for homeowner. Most common problems are what would be the appropriate device. We provided her the installation guidance of required fittings for her to consider and able to make decision after all.
